Please contact us at support@eco.com so that we can address this promptly and escalate to our billing partner, Papaya, if needed.

If desired, you can also email Papaya directly at billpayhelp@papayapay.com for questions about individual bills. Please be sure to include your name, email address associated with your Eco account, bill amount and name of the biller in your inquiry. You're always welcome to copy us on the email (support@eco.com), as well!
