Please first connect with the merchant to request a refund (if applicable). If you're unable to resolve the issue with the merchant, please contact us here with the transaction you’d like to dispute, including the reason for the dispute. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Name of the merchant

  • Date of the transaction

  • Amount of the transaction
