Make sure you’ve updated to the newest version of the Eco app, and then:

Tap the menu icon at the bottom right corner of the home screen

Select Bill Pay

Select Start New Payment

Select: Search biller by name

Search for your biller — having trouble finding it? Connect with us here!
- Once selected, validate your account number (if applicable)
- Note, if you're making a payment to a credit card company, your Account Number is often your full credit card number.

Enter the amount to pay, when you want the payment to be sent, and add any notes to your biller (if applicable).

Please note, the Delivery By date that's shown is when your biller should receive the funds, however, it may take up to 3 business days for them to credit your account.

Select Pay Bill

You will receive an email confirming that your bill is in progress, and again once your payment has been sent to the biller.
