Bank accounts are linked to Eco via our third party partner, Plaid. Plaid connects directly to banks via individual integrations, and from time-to-time, certain bank connections to Plaid will break or become interrupted. When this happens, you'll often be prompted to reconnect your bank account in a loop, or deposits will fail immediately after they are created.
If you're experiencing this problem, we suggest that you delete the linked bank account and retry. If continue to experience this trouble and don't have a different bank account, please connect with us here to set up a deposit outside of the app. You can also deposit to Eco via our Paycheck direct deposit feature — learn more here!
