How do I request a refund for a purchase I made with Eco?

Eco Card: As with any card-based transaction, you'll want to speak directly with the merchant to request a refund.

Merchant Spend (Gift Card): Paying with Eco via the Merchants tab in-app is similar to using a gift card, so you’ll need to speak directly with the merchant to request a refund. Please note: once a gift card is purchased, it is not refundable to your Eco balance.
