How do I change my password?

You can change your password for the Eco app by following these steps:

• Select the Menu icon in the Eco app by tapping the white circle in the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen.

• Select Account

• Select Security

• Select Change password

• Select Reset Password at the bottom and you'll be sent an email with next steps.

Unable to log in? Select the Forgot? button from the sign-in page (bottom right).
